I spend A LOT of time on tumblr browsing other people’s art work and designs, but having someone present their work to you is just a far greater experience.
I asked my friend to show some of the things she’s working on so far. And man, I was blown away by her magazine spreads! She really did some explorations on typography. I just felt so… angry. I felt so… jealous. I felt so angry and jealous that it inspires me to start drawing, start designing, just start doing something.
You know what? That’s what I’m going to do right now. Log out tumblr and fb and start working on my spreads. Yes, sounds good.
