Im about about to graduate college in September and mother asked what I’m gonna do after that.
I told her I’m going to find a job. With much confidence, I assured her to trust me and I’ll be alright.
But who am I kidding? The truth is, I’m scared. I actually find comfort going to school and not having to worry about things such as rent and bills. But after September, I’m going to be on my own, pay my own bills in entirety, live my own life.
Even though I’m scared, I’m also optimistic. If there are no doors open and ready for me to enter, I’ll build my own door.
